what American could could be a 5x felon and get away with killing someone with a stolen federal official firearm?

none. that only works out if youre not a us citizen seemingly today.

"I was aiming at a seal and the gun just went off"

"I stepped on the gun and it fired"

"I unwrapped the gun from a cloth and it just went off"

all of these statements cant coexist yet these three conflicting statements together makes a compelling not guilty verdict for 5 time deported Jose zarate who shot and killed kate steinle.

so you're taking a conservative gun control position on this issue then?

this "bad seed", would that be the local authority that refused to turn Jose over to for a 6th deportation just for politics?

there is no way to spin this. it's an endorsement of lawlessness.
