I am pretty sure the border patrol agent was watching for the rocks thrown rather than trying to figure out exactly how old the teenager that was throwing the rocks was.

The pro-illegal immigration people want to pose this like it was a 12 year old hispanic boy on his way back from Catholic school who happened to accidentally kick a pebble that rolled toward an America border patrol agent 1000 feet away and was brutally gunned down by said agent.

It didnt happen that way....

The kid and he was a kid, had a prior record of crossing the border illegally and helping other people cross the border illegally. He was at the border likely to commit another crime before he actually committed the crime of throwing rocks at the border patrol agent who was in the process of legally apprehending another illegal immigrant.

Be angry at the federal government who has turned its back on the states for its own political gain. And dont just point fingers at the Republicans or Democrats because both of them have been guilty of this for decades.

Until we lock down the border and implement a logical and fair immigration policy and temporary worker permits with a serious crack down on businesses that hire illegals then more people are going to continue to die on both sides of the issue. Tying the hands of the border patrol and putting them more at risk doing their jobs is not going to solve anything.

Thing is, you cannot keep them out no matter how many things you do, no matter how many border guards you put up, no matter how high the fence. You have to remove the incentive to come here. If the government shut down every socialistic program, ended welfare and food stamps and cut funding to schools, well you might see less illegals here then.

he shot and killed ACCROSS THE BORDER. the guy was already out of his jurisdiction, the kid was going BACK TO MEXICO!!!!!!

his job is to prevent people from entering the US, not chase them down all the way back to mexico and kill them.

if he would've let off a warning shot letting the kids know he's not playing.... but no. he just killed a mexican because he didn't care, because it was a stupid wetback trying to cross the border.

i hope that agent looses his job, looses his pension, and i hope a drunk illegal immigrant runs him over and kills him.... KARMA.

the kids were not running away and "GOING BACK TO MEXICO!" they turned and open fired on the bp officer with rocks/stones. was the officer supposed to stand there and take it? was he supposed to release the one mexican he had already detained and retreat? should he have curled up and protected his face and head? if your ignorant enough to throw rocks at an armed man then its only a matter of time before your shot and killed.

sources state this kid had been smuggling people into the U.S. once these bastards get into the U.S they survive by robbing and selling drugs, most become gang members. seeing as it is almost impossible for them to find a real job without a green card. whos to say that one of the people this kid smuggled into the U.S was not shooting and killing an innocent person for the paper in his or her wallet at that same exact moment. NOW THATS KARMA!

MOST become gang members? not even remotely close to being true. in fact, that is a mega FAIL.

so what if the kid had committed 87,000 crimes? The BP agents had no way of knowing that at the time, so it is not relevant to this discussion.

again, this is not karma, this is an imaginary scenario you reconstructed in your head as an attempt to rationalize your opposing ideas. at least be honest with yourself, dude

And thats complete ignorance, besides generally in most civilized places your supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, so ya don't just automatically assume mexicans are murderers or gang members as an excuse to execute a child who had committed a crime that would have generally resulted in an minor assault charge. And how about if some trigger happy swat team kicks down some growers house, with the next excuse being he had a long criminal past in illegal drugs, wouldn't look bad on paper.

This would also far excede any velocity a person could throw so it is irrelevant, thats two vehicles driving in opposite directions probably combining to a speed of 120mph.

Well...according to physics, if both cars hit each other at the exact same speed, say 60 mph, the resulting impact equals 60 mph, not 120 mph.

Mythbusters did a great test of that.

good luck trying to justify that the majority of illegals are slinging, or killing, or gangstering....whatever it is you think they are chest deep in. they are not. you are wrong. you are not the only one to ever live in a border state.

you have two roads you can go down from here:

1) modify your original statement to somehting like...'a lot of illegals are doing criminal shit'

or

2) admit you are wrong

but in any case, you will never find a single statistic that supports your claim that 50% or more of illegals are anything but otherwise law abiding citizens. your move.
