Just transplant shock or something more?

Hi everyone, this is my very first grow and my plant up until transplant had been doing great. I transplanted her on her 20th day from sprouting and since then she has drooped pretty bad, growth has slowed down a lot, she has developed a very pale green colour, and she has developed a few small brown spots on 2 of her lower leaves.

I checked the soil and water ph and both seem to be fine at around 6.3-6.7. I was hoping the plant would perk back up but it's been 5 days now and doesn't seem to be improving at all. The first 5 pictures show days 1-5 from transplant day, the other 2 pics show the small brown spots. The soil I used in the starter cup when she was a seedling is the same soil that I used in the transplant (bluesky organics super soil mixed with perlite in a 2:1 ratio). She went from a 16oz pot to a 3gal pot. I was very careful when transplanting to avoid root damage (wore disposable gloves, handled delicately and was exposed for only a few seconds). For the first 2 weeks from sprouting I watered with a 1:1 mix of distilled and spring water from the grocery store. After that I started adding nutes (bluesky organics fert-alive) at 1/2 the recommended strength and used them every other watering. I should also mention I always let at least the top inch of the soil dry out before watering/feeding. After the water from the transplanting dried out I tried watering with some superthrive (I know about the mixed opinions on it) but haven't seen any effect. I've done some research and from what I've found the symptoms kinda seem like a Mg deficiency but I thought that might be unlikely since there should be plenty of nutrients in the new soil, or is it not that simple? The environment in my tent seems pretty good. Temps are 73-79, RH is 40-50, oscillating fan keeps a decent breeze all around. If there's any other info you need please let me know. Again this is my first grow so I'm not entirely sure what other info you guys might need.

So is this transplant shock, something else, or both? Any help would be appreciated, thank you and cheers.

Had a very similarl problem around the same time. keep letting that soil dry out before watering keep an eye on them if it gets worse then start to dig deeper, but ive had the exact same thing was pretty weird but i think my issues were due to to the fact my temps were just too high, im sure a pro might be able to tell you exactly whats gone on

I'm also having the same issue. Raised my lights from 700 PAR up to 400, letting the dry and watering less frequently, even changed soil for one thinking maybe nutes too hot or fungus. 5 days no difference. They are hanging on by a thread. what a waist, a total of 12 seeds that started out really strong!!

Should be an easy fix.

Plants in quality soil dont need nutes for at least a month. When you transplant into fresh soil you not only give the roots more space, you also are introducing fresh soil full of nutrition.

So by feeding it and giving it fresh soil you are giving it too much nutrition and its showing you by changing color.

Water only with any basic supplements but no nutrition for a few more weeks at least. Water only for a few waterings, it should improve. If it fades badly in the next few days a partial flush would help but i would not flush it if it can recover within about a week.
