A lot of peeps do it with there freebie seeds and do a run with loads of plants 12/12 fs to use them up, cos they dont get so big you can pack more in

Im not saying its the right thing to do, but it has its uses. D i think you are correct that it stresses the plant too. Probably more than the people doing it think

I'd go with the 3gal or less bro you can get away with smaller pots cos you dont get root bound but will have to water more, i think for coco and if your wantin to only water once a day in flower probs best not to go under 2 gal ive got 10Ls and 6Ls what im usin now the 10s where just right for once a day the 6 could do with maybe twice now gettin a little bit to dry
If your goin for soil then maybe you will be better with the 3 or 4 gals so not waterin as much not sure cos never used soil lol and dont no how quick it dries out

I put clay pebbles in the bottom to stop the coco fallin out the base

and 1st 3 weeks are like the 3weeks strech you get with vegd girls, i still think it isnt a good start for the plant tho

i think that perioud you speakin on the baby gal is maturing to produce da buds because the trama of the 12/12 is being forced on her

a new born baby girl cant produce nutin til she matures

it is an expadited veg or maturity forced time cycle mini shock and trama

when i open my plant psycology office gona be a lot of dem on by couch explainin the trama and shock day had to suffer as a young lady -how they had to suffer through this perioud of their life

I can fit 20 1 gallon pots under my 600 doing 12/12 from seed. as with anything the bigger the pot the better.
maybe try 12/12 from clone? they get a bit bigger.

i might try it one day to see the diff in yield
but i dont think its for me

sounds more like my style i might try leaving a branch or two connected at havest
i have done this before for seeds
i heard this process gives you nans id like to see sum full flowers
but beggers cant be choosey

honestly i think most seeds self out a few seeds nearing the end of harvest. these seeds are used to ensure the reproduction of the species, so i guess there good.

notes

i got bored today the wife in school after her second masters deg
i transplanted the clones today larry and wifi is 2.2 weeks old
the sour d is 1.5 weeks old
but they both got transplanted to their med sized pots
another trans at around flower time


i know everyone knows how to transplant from red cup
i first slit the red cups down both sides including the bottom corner
for this i use long sharp scissors an try not to disturb the soil
i lay the cup on its side in my hand fold top of cup all the way back open like a book
i then switch hands dumping the cup load (not quite a ball) into the other hand oliminating the cup
i place the hand ful into my pre pepared hole and start replacing soil around it
shake the pot to make sure all air pokets get filled wit soil (never pack it in,tamp or press the soil
