So if they double shall I start changing the light next week as the closet is only 7 foot and I don't want them that tall lol thanks for the help guys

It might be wise to - a 600 watt hps shouldn't be any closer than 12 inches to the plants unless you have a cooltube. Headroom can be an issue with closet growing as I've found to my cost on a couple of occasions!
