I found it completely repulsive!!! I think this demon is finally behind me. The 17th times a charm right!

I usually fail within 2 weeks. So far so good! I finally believe I'll be calling myself an ex smoker relatively soon.

Smoking this cigarette made me realize one important thing, nicotine is a high and I have been abusing it for far too long.

I'm dizzy and feel gross now. This will not happen again.

It's 2013, who smokes anyways....

I feel a celebration is in order:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:

Nothing but hard drugs and marijuana from here on out!!

Taking a cruise through your nearest heart/lung ward of any large hospital should be enough for any sane person to see that the old "coffin nails" are exactly that.
25 year smoker that finally saw the light in Y2k, now I can't stand the smell of the foul poison.
And that' exactly what they put in the damn things bro, straight up addictive poison.

I think you gotta quit for a while to appreciate how nasty the smell is. The smell used to make me crave one, now I just feel somewhat embarrassed I used to smell that way. I know everyone is different so take it however you see fit.

Lately I've been waking up and smashing the refrigerator instead of the usual routine.

The most notable differences now that the moodiness has subsided are that I have a lot more energy and my mind is clearer.

Tobacco is wacko...

watched fox's "the five" the guy named Greg B. actually said something like this "I love the smell of cig smoke on other people reminded me of my folks it brought me back in memories" *something to this effect regarding the new potential laws in other states about the parents smoking in the cars with kids to be 100% illegal across the US

toooooo lazy to youtube it but it was today or yesterday eve...

another fox gem.. from today..

some guy makes statements on how parents are today compared to 25 years ago makes fun of Snuki being a drunk and then later states his mom drank 1 pint of bourbon per day while she was preggers with him and he turned out ok..

I have smoked off and on since about 13... 42 now.. and smoke about 3 packs /10 days or more.. I quit for about 7-8 years then "real life" happened and bought some.. smoke when I am bored/stressed.. can go 1-2 weeks w.o smokes and did not go thru w.d's with it.. and never have always been able to quit cold turkey.

there are times when it's a "must have" moment when I was not smoking, driving.. coffee and drinking..
