damn mid 90s thats real high but will grow, not well but will grow.
neway you need to keep a high humidity and have the rockwool moist not wet.
Wait for roots to come and just put them in soil or w.e. u using.

The first thing I would do is put in a fan and the first watering I would use Rhizatonic or something to boost root growth. A t-5 doesnt get very hot so you should be good with a fan blowing all the time. 85 degrees is max before your plants start to stress. Rockwool is a pain for me so I transplant into dirt or a waterfarm. good Luck!

What is the temp in your house? Is it 95 degrees also? If your house is cooler, then something other then the t-5 must be heating that area up. Look into it.
But anyway put a fan blowing fresh cool air into you grow area from outside the room. Another one blowing warm air out would be nice.

Pictures of your set up would really help. No one can really give a good answer with such little information.

I use a 4' t-5 light and 6-8 43 watt cfls in a extra bathroom for vegging with the door closed, and it stays at about 80 degrees. and my house is at 78 degrees. Also it gets to about 118 degrees ouside here during the summer. It was a nice cool day today. Only hit 92. SWEET!!!!!!! I can see the power bill already dropping.

I was having a lot of problems with heat. I got a venting tube used for dryers and vented my A/C into the room. It help with cooling during the day and during the night I put it on fan and it blows fresh co2 from outside which is also a big help.
