Charman Durbin pointed out that hey have a Bill to do just what Drama Queen Graham was having a fit about and Durbin said to him something like "We have work to do we have ignored for 16 years so as a co-sponsor of that bill we need to do our work."

What in the hell will bashing a Judge do if Congress is not changing the laws and then blaming so called liberals?
 
I might have already said this, but I still am just so relieved to actually hear a nominee actually answering everything that they can as fully and intentionally as possible. Even the stupid as shit troll questions that the Republicans are trying to stall KBJ with.

The last couple SCOTUS (and almost every other nominee for the previous POTUS's term) have just been playing 'own the libs' for the cameras.

The Supreme Court is declining to say whether 73-year-old Justice Clarence Thomas remains in the hospital. He had been expected to be released by Tuesday evening.
