If the lady wasn't writing pro-Putin propaganda, and said this under oath (hell if she went under oath even with her pro-Putin messaging) we can start to believe it more. Unfortunately Russia has been attacking our democracy (and every other democracy in the world) since at least 2014. This screams of being just more of the same. And Biden has said she should tell her story too btw.
