Yep, after 24 hrsor so they will crack. Then plant em near the top.I am gonna try actually not even planting it, just sticking the root tip in but leaving the shell on top. I use pro mix unless Im broke, then I use miracle grow.

Nice looking BB plants!

I know what you mean by overfeeding plants and getting these slow growing plants that try to recover from overwatering and overfeeding and a result is some odd looking palm tree looking thing with lots of tops.

funny JD i got that freebie same time as you i think. I tried the Killwatt.. Think lemon super haze. It was during my 12/12 from seed grow. It was the tallest of them all if i remeber correcly. Just grew a giant single cola with a nice lemon hash smell.

Eight weeks.

We will see about the 6" pots. They are fairly tall and hold a fair
amount of water. There is a period, during the stretch especially,
when the growth rate causes the use of water to really speed up.

We will see how I deal with that.

Remember that I did an array of 36 2 gallon smart posts....I actually
got the biggest yield so far, but that was also largely a mono-crop.
So many variables. lol

In truth my tent is really made for four plants. I asked that question
when I first arrived and I expect that I my go to a 2X2 array of bins
with 4 really well grown plants filling the tent some day. My plants do not
really have sides the way I cram them in....but they are healthy. lol

I will go with the numbers because that will allow me to take something
every few weeks and to work with more tastes.

P.S. The HPS leaves them no color at all...and where the HGK in the center
is practically black and waxy, but they are happy:

We can talk about new lights. You will be surprised what they can do for you. The Jilli looks great. I'm with you on variety. I'm running lots of types too. Trying for max yield at the same time though. Wife gave the OK to run 2 more 4x4 led tents once we have a house thats ours. Lol!

One thing about the new layout is that all plants are on the ground again.
No risers are needed. The Sour Kosher is the tallest, but, now, it is not
a problem.

Tomorrow the Sour Kosher finishes Week #7 but letting it go 10 weeks
will not be a problem I will be keeping an eye on it, but that is the target.

They really are happy.

With a large taking of what I know will be delicious JB, I will
have something to keep me busy while the Sour Kosher finishes.

I plan on letting the SK go as long as three more weeks.

Also, today I potted in beer-cups the successful sprouts of my
next Deep Psychosis, and a few Nirvana crosses from SmokAl0t
(Black Domina X Sleeskunk, Connie Chung X Sleeskunk, and
Black Domina X Chocolate Chunk)

The sprouts already already in beercups are proceeding, including
the most interesting cross of Sour Power X Biker Kush, a new Dog,
and a couple Golden Cracks.

Looks like i will be running some fireballs f3, granddads balls, and gdp\bp x gdb if i get the finished seeds in time. The rest of the golden crack as well:weed:
