Javadog's Next Adventure

GD, I am sorry to hear this....once it is turning black, the only thing that you can
try is to let it dry out and see. I wonder if it is being attacked by a fungi at that
point, like damping off, and whether the drying is fights this?

Hey BW, Thanks. I did pop another Purple Voodoo. It is a happy sprout.
I promise to keep this one happy! </shame>

Well Dr, what I did was get clones from what appears to be a reputable source,
and these clones include some very well known names.

I will grow them all out, and will share the results here, so we will see for sure,
but the list included clone only versions of:
=============================
Grandaddy Purps
Green Crack
Tahoe OG
Casey Dog
A-Dub
Dubtech7 (AKA DubbleTechnology#7)
Blue Dream Haze
White Fire
Wet Dream
Chocolope
Chemgerine
=============================

I checked the dude's descriptions and am seeing:

Chemgerine is (Space Queen x Chem D x Tres Dawg) Basically an inbred chem that is super branchy and puts out lots of power flowers.
Local San Diego strain called Wet Dream, its OB Haze x Blue Dream Haze, easy girl with great yield of sativa fire. 60-63 days.
My highest yielding strain is Casey Dog, a Casey Jones and Chemdog hybrid that breaks yield records time and time again.
I will post some shots at some point.

Onward and upward,

Thanks Hydro!

BTW: I looked up ED and it finishes around 9-10 weeks.

I would still like to know how much is typically stretches.

Have you grown the ED before? Can you tell us about it?

Since I'm taking an Engineering degree, it's only fitting, I think xD haha

I am an Engineer as well. I think that this attracted me to this breed. LOL

But, no, this is my first time growing it.

I am not finding stretch info online, but I will just see for myself.

The Next plants to finish should be the Apollo 13 BX and Sensi Skunk #1,
that went in at the same time, and the Bubba Kush-Bush that went in
after them but appears to be catching up with them.

As to the three plants to replace them, I will need to give this matter
a fair amount of thought, as it looks to be another month before the
next plant finishes (Jillybean) and frees a slot....so, I will want to get
the three that are likely to make a problem of their stretch into the tent.

This will definitely include the Mutant Kush. That one is a mutant, for sure,
and it wants to explode. I have struggled to control it all along.

The Dinachem looks to be another big stretcher and it will likely be the 2nd spot.

The third is a big debate in my head right now. The Blue Pit is the biggest and
is also one I want into the tent, but it is not a stretcher, I am reading, and so
I am thinking that it will likely be the Jack's Cleaner 2 which can stretch...but where
will the Deep Psychosis or Smelly Cherry be when they've had another month?!

You deserve to see a refreshed map:

I agree GD. I will be stoked to get Tahoe OG, Green Crack, and all
of the others, into the tent.

I just need to grow them out enough to get good clones.

LOL, I have 11 plants in hempys, with three still to get hempys*,
to flower before the clone-onlys, so they have plenty of time.

Thanks PS. I have heard good things about Dinachem, so we will see.

JD

* G13 Purple Haze, Engineer's Dream, and Ace's Panama are still
in 4" pots.

Hello all,

I was checking the ladies this morning, looking into the Clone Table,
and I noticed something that I would like to bring to your attention.

I had noticed that one of my new clone-only plants, Tahoe OG, had
a leaf on it, part of which was drying, crispy.

I figured that, as most often happen, I had damaged it when handling
the plant and that the leaf just dried out naturally after the damage occurred.

Well, when I saw similar leaves on another clone-only, Green Crack, then
I decided to post some shots.

Does this look familiar to anyone?

Thanks for the time.

P.S. This could be a reaction to either Spinosad or Neem.

Well, they are due a feed I suppose. I will feed one of them.

This will yield more data.

Thanks for the time.

Hey JD

Did you get any stretch info on the Engineers Dream or Deep Psychosis? I'm wondering how long they go through stretch period... Guess Im gonna find out really soon since Im a week into flower tomorrow. My ED has some CrAzY ass growth. Its like bud sites on top of bud sites already... I can tell I am in for it. The DP is very strong growth but I know mine are querkle leaning.

Ive seen leaves like that before but cant remember what it ended up being. My normal routine for things like that is to flush out the medium and then feed with a micro... sometimes a zyme. A long while ago I had this plant tonic from BMO, it helped heal plants well.. I really should pick some up again.

...Rambling... sorry man.. Cannamels in the coffee.... LOL
