Err... Bokashi?... It is bran with Lacto bacteria basically. If you want to go at composting like it is on speed, Bokashi. You must remember the Lacto B culture is more of an EM-1 BIM mix, there's tons of stuff in there with Lacto B being only the main one. But it is a whole host of microbes from your area you live in basically. VERY good for composting.

Hello all,

The outage of yesterday put me off my biscuit, and so I never
got the chance to report the very good news: Both Smelly Cherry
and (very important here -->) the Jack's Cleaner 2 have shown
anthers, and are confirmed female.

I have already up-potted the SC to it's 5 gallon hempy bucket, along
with a known-fem Dinafem Cheese that was also very ready, size-wise.

I am going to get the JC2 into it's hempy, but I am going to have to
re-organize my Veg area....I am running out of room.



I am able to take the Ace of Spades at any time. It is past its published finish
date (tho these tend to be short) and is now showing fading in the water leaves
like I was wanting to see.

The Trainwreck #1 is also only a week out.

...I just want to get back to where I have no more than eight 5 gallon hempys
so that they will all fit into the closet.

I just popped too many beans back in the Fall. :0)

Not to worry, as the next three plants to finish: Apollo, Skunk #1, and Bubba Kush
are no more than a month out too.

Well, my Jacks Cleaner 2 and I are doing quite well, thank you for asking!

LOL, well, keep up people! I have already harvested the Ace of spades, dammit! :0)

Sorry, no full plant shots, as it had to be taken from the tent a branch at a time.
(it was not full bound down and had gotten really heavy in place for a while)

I will post some shot of the results shortly.

First, the Green Crack has been put into the flowering tent in its place.

It was hard to choose the plant, as there are several that are threatening
to blow-up, but the GC has earned it's slot.

I popped this bean on October 14, 2013. It grew out into a beer cup and then
a 4" resin pot. When it had enough nodes to make a good one to mainline clear,
I cut it down and began it's training, on Jan 19th of this year:

This one is from seed, [FONT=Tahoma, sans-serif]Cali Connection[/FONT], and has been given just about the best start
that I have given a plant. The Purple Wreck got longer....but I would probably
have to put this as it "took" longer. lol

I am def gonna get them seeds, if growing becomes legal again where I live.
After this grow I am shutting down, because of new law re-structuring.

I am sorry to hear that Bass. I am sure that I would just go dark.

Taking forever for my mycos to arrive, meanwhile I am flushing every other day trying to keep my girls alive.
Basically all the roots are dead now, and have been removed.
Some plants are getting unstable in their pots now, telling me the end is near.
I see some necrosis on leaves now.
Fingers crossed that I can save them with this tea, that cant even be brewed till at least Wed

Good luck bass. I never had great success w dwc. Hit and miss for me. I needed a water chiller and other things to really do it right. I hope you can get on top of yours

I am using frozen water bottles for now to keep res under 70*F
So far it is working.
Just checked and 69.4*F, and I replaced with new frozen ones.

JD with as long as this is taking I could have went with the week long Lacto project....

Oh well I have to continue now, and might still go that route later as well..

Good morning all.

I watered the flowering ladies this morning.

In getting into the tent, I got a good look at how the HSO Green Crack*
is reacting to it's being flipped, how the Trainwreck #1 is finishing, and
everything else that I could think of. :0)

The Trainwreck is going to end up being one of the lovlier plants that
I have raised. It also made a small shrub, but this baby is going to
be seriously fuzzy antlers....nice colas.

The Green Crack had a really nice and long Veg, being mainlined to eight
and tied down, and it is really starting well.

I did notice the continued effect of a small screw-up on my part, as the
Sour Cherry #2's older water leaves were showing a growing reaction to
an overfeed that I gave this breed last week. I mixed up its feed and
burned it, but the extent of the damage was not immediately apparent.

This breed did not seem all that nute sensitive in Veg, but that is a much
lighter feeding schedule. Going perpetual has caused a few issued. Ah well.

So, I stripped off the necrotic leaves. I am going to watch to see how it
grows out, as I do not mind a delay in a decent yield, but no reason to
wait eight weeks to see a crap harvest.

I have every expectation that it will pop back:

...and those are the better looking leaves! It is an N poisoning, I am sure.

They will recover, but the leaves removed were dying outright.

P.S. * BTW, I checked my seed list and it seems that I have a Cali Connection
Green Crack bean as well. I looked it up and the genetics of this one seem
to be aiming to connect to the original more carefully, IMHO. An interesting
topic. ("Cecil B Green Crack Aka Cush")

I have found that less is more, and finally have my ppm meter showing the real numbers.
I am shooting for between 700 and 800 ppm these days with my chem ferts, as opposed to the 900-1200 I used to use.
i find they are actually greener.


Of my 3 hempys that were treated exactly the same , one is really leading the way huge root ball came through the inner pot and she has the most preflowers of anything in the tent, oh and her roots are brilliantly white
