What a rotation that is!

I also noticed you leave the tape corner up for ease of removal I assume.
I fold tape to itself at the corner, or Ill accidentally pat it down eventually.

Yup. Thanks TC.

The Ace Of Spades is really rocking the tent. It is huge
and very strong.

P.S. LOL, that is what I get for taking so long to finish a response.

Yes, the line-up is crazy Shwag....and I keep popping beans. :0)
A Purple Voodoo hit the BST just the other day.

I am going to compile a list of active breed and will post it here.

Bass, yes, I have found that masking tape can kinda rot during a
grow and when this happens it can be difficult to get off. So, I make
a tab to ease its removal. Good eye! :0)

Hehehe, the doubled up tape is an indoor gardeners thing I guess :p

What is worse is that if/when I land a position, I am going to celebrate
by slurping up a slew of local clones. I am beginning to realize the degree
that I am in a hot-bed of growing.

JD

P.S. Please do not bother to comment, unless you wish, as I wasted our
time on that other list (BTW: I confirmed that that outfit does indeed
have problems and a bad rep, so I found a new source) but this is the
list of my current target:

I wanted to show you the two different Purple Hazes that I am starting.

I succeeded in getting all five of the recently popped beans into their beer cups,
and they are all a week into developing.

Recall that these are Dinafem Cheese, TGA Plushberry (last bean....please! ;0),
G13 Labs Purple Haze, and Ace's Panama and Purple Haze:

The Ace Purple Haze is in the 1:00 position. Note the sativa looking
leaves on it. Now, the G13 is in the 6:00 position, just below it, and
you can see that it has a bit of indica going on.

I am going to be putting Dinachem and NYC Diesel into their 5 gallon
hempys at some point today.

Take care,

JD

Hey,

I was just looking at the NYC Diesel photo, thinking about
how to Veg it best (need to read here), and I noticed something
about the plant.

Check it out again:
View attachment 2985779

Notice how quickly, up the main-stem, that the branches begin to alternate.

It does seem to me that this has happened further up the main-stem previously.

Recall that here "up" is usually defined in terms of node number up the main-stem.

That last balanced node-set is the third, and that is if you count the ugly little
single bladed leaves.

In any case, it looks like I will main-line this plant, taking it at that node.

I will make sure that this breed is known to accept this sort if training
well before I act.

Take care,

JD

IT IS DONE!
NYC Diesel - Mainlined.jpg

I am going to let it recover from this drastic action, and will be
moving it to it's hempy bucket in a week or two.

I took an additional three clones, to save this breed for future grows.

Onward and upward,

JD

P.S. Shwag....did you stump the LED Lords? Just kidding, but
as I read on, expecting the intense-and-immediate-thumbs-up
or the intense-and-immediate-thumbs-down that that Thread
usually generates, I was surprised that no one had used it. LOL
I did not give it any time. I think that someone on that thread
has used about everything.

Yeah Bass, I looked at the plant carefully, and all four of the first main lines
are there. Now, I will likely take it to eight tops, but this can happen after it
recovers and is in its hempy bucket.

When I do this, I am forcing the situation. There will be no growth on this plant
except the four new tops. I could have left lower branches to develop into viable
clones, but I have enough of this plant taken for now.

Thanks Dr. I got the JTR hoping for a tasty Lemon flavor, but I expect that I will
love that one whatever pheno I get. I have grown Qrazy Train and am a believer
in TGA.

I only got three beans though, and am on my last one. I hope that I get a female!

I have seen where a couple TGA breeds might be available as clones locally.
This would be a cool way to get some more TGA going. :0)

...but I have a confirmed female Jilly Bean, and one more Plushberry to hope
for a female there too.

Great stuff!

Its amazing how well these plants come back from being chopped back. A few days and I bet she'll be rock in and rollin again. I've wanted to try the jillybean, and the plushberry for years, had them in the shopping cart a couple times :).

Thanks TC.

Yup, it is already working:

Well, how kind.

I am happy (but practically surprised) to do so well. :0)

If I can avoid a bug-apocalypse, then I should be able to
deliver some worth-waiting-for dank photos.

Thanks!

Dinachem is in its hempy:

Next to be up-potted will be the Super Lemon Haze clone that
I saved (I hammered the Mom so hard she up and died on me!)
and then, after recovery, will come the NYC Diesel.

I really do wish that I could be moving forward with the BB breeds
ED, BP, DP, and JD but they are all hiding sex. I am serious about
a small sex-forcing 12/12 tent. I will just use an LED lightbulb for it.

Onward and upward,

JD
