maybe if you ever live in an area that receives enough radiation from it (hint here you dont in usa) it was (at points almost very)possible that it might of been much worse than it is but even then your personable does of radiation would have been much much lower than international standards

you have a much much better case to sue the fossil fuel comapny for loss of air quality and subsequent loss of life due to.

nuclear accident = 1 worker crushed to death
fossil fuels since earthquake (in japan) = 14000+

nuclear really strikes fear into people yet it is magnitudes safer than fossil fuels and is a very important part of our next steps into the future

the reactors at fukishima survived a 9.0 earthquake ( a really really big event) it then survived a 10 metre tsunami (a really really big event) the probelm was it was an age old design of reactor

a modern pebble bed reactor in exactly the same place that fuckishima is would have shown a result of nothing even after a 9.0 and a 10 meter tsunami

no one is denying that there is still short sightedness out there but to "throw the baby out with the bath water" has got neither the marks of rationality or reason on it

Check your antenna you may be on the wrong frequency. I'm staying prepaired I'm not going to get nuked by japan, I made a tent out of aluminum foil in my living room that I'm spending most of my time in, got computer, tv, radio, keg and a bucket. I saw on the news that aluminum will protect you from most of the radiation except gamma rays so I should be good and they said concrete helps with gamma rays so with the walls I should be ok. you can think what you want but I think It just makes sense to be aware. I know everyone makes jokes about this but it's just because they don't want you to be saved.

if the "powers that be" were going to depopulate they wouldnt ever use radiation to do so

i would really really love to know what percentage of usa was in their bunkers right now

This is the first time I have a difference of media opinions to consider about the radiation issues.

I'm not informed on the aid but I do think it is enough so far.

The Japanese are efficient and they work well in groups. I'm sure if it's possible to get materials to places that an effort is being made to take material there.
