I'd rather just get back to the original topic -- and eirikn yeah I do curse like a sailor sometimes and get into it online so sorry if I offended you too -- but your post really was not related to what my thread is actually about. the question is more why choose JS over other tga strains that are less expensive, not are tga strains overpriced/worth it/etc.
i'm still waiting for an answer to that question
seems like it'd be a bomb hash strain, but so are several other tga strains for less. i do love hash strains though so i'm thinking of jumping on the jack skellington bandwagon.

dont get me wrong. i was not bashing tga gear, but more where i buy them from. that was why i stated it depends on where you buy them.That's a bit much smoke and coke... tga beans are $75 per 10 pack at hempdepot... jack s is $90 -- that makes TGA on the value side of seed pricing. Growing out 2 beans from a pack proves nothing. My female rate with TGA genetics is about 65% on average. When the other 8 beans all turn up male, let us know
i dont shop at hempdepot so that is my loss and the place i do shop at is about 100 bucks per pack after discount. if i did shop at hempdepot, i would be buying some of the tga gear. just wish there was more promos for the gear where i shop so i would try them.
and yes just because i only started 2 jilly bean and both were males means nothing. except a little dissapointment but that is the cost of only germing 2 beans. 85-95% of my plant count is from fem beans due to space limits, but i do like to pop some reg. beans looking for something special.

I only grew 2 AOS and 2 FLAVS all were female...if you would learn how to germinate right..to make your chances go up for a fem..that would help..

Sub usually runs a 4/20 special and hemp depot usually carries it... so keep an eye out i bet you'll get a chance... i'm sure your local place ain't gonna have whatever the special ends up being. based on how many strains they have coming out, sure the special is gonna involve their new strains but who knows. last year it was buy 2 packs, get a 5 pack free. I think attitude you only had to buy one strain to get the 5 pack, but they're around the same price as your local place. I've heard some dispensaries have decent prices guess yours isn't one
I got 4/6 female on my last AOs germ. That's about the ratio I usually get for TGA.

As Far as Pricing on JS there is a back story on it that I ain't telling but I took it up the ass getting this strain and the plant itself only makes a small amount of seeds.
Add that to Mr Obama's additional 47K in taxes I have to pay this year how about ease up when we occasionally raise the cost of a strain we already know is sold out before even being released. I am out of Jack Skellington.
As Far as Who to order from that answer is in flux online has shifted to people buying direct from stores and co-op's
All of my distributors are great or they wouldn't be listed on our website.
Some times you will see one disappear that means he wasn't doing things right, simple business.

We dont do one time runs, once something is offered for sale that means it is out of testing and into production were a small company and happy to be that way and when the next batch is done we will have more. I'm an old pain in the ass I do things my way the slow way and more money and stress dosn't interest me at this point so we will always be out of something but rest assured when that happens were working hard to have it made again.
Thats just who we are I can't even figure out how the big guys like CC and DNA make it to fucking Spain with a booth and display seems overwelming planning thats one reason I respect those guys!

I just wanted to send a shout out to Sub. I'm still sexing plants (querkle , Vortex) Thus far 3 of 5 querkle were male the other 2 have 1 female and 1 waiting to show. Vortex; I have had 1 male and 2 females waiting on the last 2 to show now. I've been keeping vortex short and sprawled out. The females are sitting at 17 and 23 terminal heads right now and about 10 inches high and 17 inches across. I just took all the TGA out of the baby box with the massive T5 light and put them under the 1000 watters in the big room.
Oh btw the last harvest just finished. I averaged about 5 OZ per plant. No TGA lines were grown but TGA soil was used. I don't know if it was the strains or the soil but out of five strains they have all been DANK! My friends that have tried them have all had similar reactions. Great flavor, low to no cough or choke, and almost every strain has been a two hitter quitter even among the most staunch smoker.

thanks for the info sub. it's like my eyes have to be lashed by trolls just to find a good bit of info on an otherwise useful thread. Got me some jack skellington and will be running it next to me deep purple for a little grow show i'm happy you were finally able to get your g-13 dom killaqueen. can't wait to make me some JS extract

JS is getting restocked in the next month at the seedbacks FYI. Looks like she's a solid yielder... I'm still waiting on final smoke reports before I make a decision, only because I got SOOO many TGA strains I want to grow... the only thing keeping JS up on the list at the moment is that it looks like a killer hash plant.

Any update? I have a few I just threw in to flower and took some cuttings. The stalks had trichomes from top to bottom... I don't know if that is normal for amazing genetics or if I just got really lucky we will see. The structure is really christmas tree style, not too tall but it has perfect branching almost too perfect. I would like to see some finished product so I can get a little excited.

Even more on my own: I'm replacing everything by TGA strain.
I started 3 years ago with querkle and found an Elite pheno.
I've tried Agent Orange a few months later, 2 very good phenos out of the 10 pack of which one is ubber tasty and producing.
Now I'm main-lining Ace Of spades, they will go flowering in 2 weeks.
Kaboom and Jesus OG kush will be next [they are waiting in my fridge]

Totally worth it. I have 2 plants right now that are just huge. I recommend topping and super cropping. Looking at about 4 to 6 oz per plant. Grown in tga super soil. They don't reak your house up. Very strong willed plants. I can't wait to cut em down only 3 weeks left! I'm sticking with all subcool strains. Very rrsonious
