i have just realized im up to 20 smokes a day omg i have only been s moking for 4 years.... last year i was at 8a day this suff is nasty its affecting my spppearances im lookin all cracked out.

I have tried, addiction runs in my familly, its like a disease some can break habbits and have more will power then others, I just cant control my self.. thank god i never started the chemicals, even though weed isnt addicting i go to extreme measures to get a buzz now. I need to get things straight hear!
