who else quit smokin cigs and hasnt had one yet???? post here =)
its been 12 days since i had a cancer stick

i thought thats what i would do is just smok joints everytime i wanted a cig...but i dont wanna substitute in place of a cig...i would rather just fight thru the urges and so far its going pretty good... i seem to eat more food tho and can definitely take bigger bong tokes without coughing as much =)

yup the huge bong rips does make it worth it.... ppl are like how the hell do u finish that bowl in one hit lol...... plus im still young so its probly easier for me to quit since i havent been smokin cigs as long only like 4 1/2 yrs but fuck it my health isnt worth 10 cigs a dayi quit in October after 20+ years. the huge bong rips make it all worth it.

Yeah, those things are wicked addictive - I did 24 years & quit 8 yrs ago. Bong Rips indeed & makes the outdoors trips (sheep hunting) that much more fun !

Going on 2 years here on the 26th of January, you can do it!!! Ciggs are nasty after you stop smoking for a while but its a life changing thing to do, you can NEVER smoke another CIG again not even when your drunk, cuz we all know how easy it is to get addicted again!! Damn expensive CIGS!!! Smoke Weed lol its just better!

much much more, lol. I smoked cigs for 10 years or so and quit countless times, and then i just said FUCK IT i am done, you really do have to treat it like a re-covering alcoholic. Cant ever smoke another one ever, just like recovering alcoholics say 2 years sober, thats a fight man, cuz its that easy to really get the taste of it again, even though i have quit for 2 years now, there are still times when i am really stressed out at work or when i have been drinking that i really want one, but you just have to stick to your guns or WEED lol. I wish i could say there is a surefire way to quit but i did mine cold turkey all i can say is GOOD LUCK for those of you that want to quit the cancer sticks! just remember people that dont smoke when you talk to them your breath smells like ROTTEN CARROTs lol thats what i smell when smell people that smoke it stinks bad to me now...hahahaha reminds me of what i used to smell like and never even knew it!

still no cigs for me and i went cold turkey and been fighting thru the urges and ur right u just gotta say fuck it im done plus marijuana is so much better......and my sense of smell is getting better and everything taste good =) weed taste better yup yup i love not smokin cigs
