Is this white tipping?

This is my ghetto garage gelato grow. Growing in promix with added perlite. Fertilzed first with jacks 20-10-20 then a couple weeks into flower I switched to maxi bloom with a little pro-tek. She's been flowering for a little over 8 weeks. She started sprouting little bunches of white hairs all over again. Is this white tipping?
I suspect this is happening because of light and heat, also getting some canoeing on the leaves. Come on baby hang in there for at least a couple more weeks.

Pretty bad ass diy set up. I’d be scared of a hot light near the cardboard, but it looks like you got it down.
The heat could be getting too much for her. You could dim the light (if possible) and lower it closer to the plant to reduce heat. Just watch your spread of light over the plant. You don’t wanna leave shadows in the corners.

I just dimmed the lights a little, we'll see if that helps. I'm pretty close to the lights already. Not much I can do about the heat at this point except hope we don't have a heat wave. This box was originally just for starting seedlings while the plants in the tent were finishing. Damn gelato doesn't play well with others, grows too big too fast. That's how it came to be in a box in the garage by itself.

Any thoughts on just getting a comparable sized tent ?

BTW flowers look good but i think plants would benefit from reflective liner surface and negative air pressure. Creating negative pressure is particularly beneficial for home-growers using grow tents since isolating the air within the tent helps to make it easier to maintain the climate within the grow space.

Damn, if you're getting THAT in a cardboard box, it would behoove you to get a tent.

Nice job with such little actual equipment though

I have a 3x3 in the bedroom. An actual 2x2 tent would be nice, that will be my next purchase I think. I agree about the reflective walls. I had to cheap out, I had some white spray paint and the box. There is a little 95cfm exhaust fan to generate negative air pressure I was able to get the wife's approval because it was just me puttering around in the garage, with stuff I already had, it didn't cost anything extra and I didn't take up any more space inside. I had a theory that being next to the gas water heater it might get some extra co2?
