lol cheezy i wud get close ups but my gf's iphone doesnt zoom. piece of crap for £300 if you ask me that could have gone on a sick growroom lol. i ill try and hold of my mate who so desperately wants to chop it down coz he a fool. i will try my best to hold the plant till the leaves go yellow. i am not bothered about the wait ive waited nearly 4 months already its just my mate

Yeah man let it go... Tell your buddy to buzz off and his stuff was junk last time... The bud does THE MOST fattening up in the last couple weeks. You'd be losing out on half your harvest weight by harvesting a week or two early. Plus? who wants bud that doesn't get you high? Wait it out, tell your friend the same. I think a couple thousand experienced growers on here know more than he does. Good luck man

The only ones that are right are the guys talking about the trichs... Honestly speaking you should be able to tell if the trichs are amber in good lighting. WHen your bud is done it kinda has a golden hue to it... cause of all the brownish trichs... if you get close enough you should be able to see if the trichs are turning amber or not.... in any case... those pictures that you are posting donot prove anything except the composition of that plant sucks in my opinion.... i would think you would have wanted tight internodes to have buds growing all the way up the stems... but it seems like its very branchy or stretched out between those nodes.

In any case i do agree with the peeep that talk about trichs...

I hate to break it to ya but if this guy is already on your ass about the plant trying to go in there with scissors... and saying a 1/3 is his....? bad bad... AND hes your girls bro or somethin? Soo many things can go wrong with that picture....

I say break it off with the girlfriend... move away from them and dont tell anyone your growing... your gonna end up with your shit stolen or in jail...

genfrano i wouldnt ditch my girl ive been with her 3 yrs and i have a daughter 6 months with her. she hates him as much as i but yes as for the plant being stretched you r right. i wanted it together with not so much branching but ith the plants at different height it f ed things up plus my light only 200watt. i am a complete newbie thats why i ask you all for help. im 19 got a kid got made redundant and have an ass as a mate (my life sounds top ) anyways i ill be doin another grow after this hopefully better as im taking in every1's advice. and genfrano i mean no offence at all in this paragraph to you, as far as im concerned your a top grower whos giving me helpful advice

PS... thats looking A+ for a 200 watter... try placing it closer to the plants next time...

A real good way to know how close you can have your bulb/hood to your plants is by putting your hand under the hood/light about 24 inches down...(palm down).. then slowly start raising your hand towards the light... when you feel a little itch with the heat you know its close enough... basically right before the irritating feel... then just hang a string with a paper clip on the end as a marker and that will always give you a nice guide to go by...

as far as your mate.... well, just tell him he can cut his 1/3 right now if he wants and then your on your own... But make sure you tell him the sharing is over. My bro in law kinda thought he could do what he wanted around my house cause his sis lived there... i know what you feel bro... you gotta stand up to him and his sis if needed sometime... he will respect you more in the end... and she will love you more in the end for standing up for yourself..

I hear ya about the dogs.... Start feeding them little chunks of cooked meat... dont matter what... but bbq chicken is great for them to remember you... youll be able to kick there owner in the head after you feed them a few times...LOL

the buds are still small and have nothing but white hairs. Id say 3-4 weeks, but check with a microscope as mentioned above

a good rule of thumb is when about 80% of the hairs utrn color (die) the buds should be ready. but if u plan on growing and harvesting at peak ripeness (to ur taste) then get a lighted mic a radio shack it's like $15.

if u ain't got the money stop smokin for a couple days and save up.

never accept anyones plants or shit unless a specific amount is agrreed upon.

and only grow for someones as a caretaker or sum cuz lines can easily get crossed
one time a "friend" gave me a plant to grow i reluctantly did. after harvest i gave him 3oz and keept 4.
he got pissed off for sum reason and felt it should be 50 50. i said why i did all the work.

anyways the diff between 1/2 oz ended that. i used to get Guatamal buds from him that comes in a can. good mids.

lesson learned grown for ur self and don't let now one know.

Just depends on the strain check to see if 70% of the hairs have changed coulour if so then yes flush for a week though.I will always grow a 8 week strain for 9 week.If the plant has been growing for less then 8 week let it go full term you will be supprised on the extra crstal production a week makes.A tip for the next grow too have the lights closer this will increase yeild by 70% plant looks a little leggy.
