60cm x 60cm is more like 4sq.ft , as long as your colas aren't showing any stress/bleaching then you should be fine. Keep the health in check, buds look good!

I thought when o put the size of the tent in a calcolator it came out 6.5sqf but in actual fact 60x60x140cm tent I have is 4sqf so is that good or bad for the amount of light I have in there???

Good if your plants thank you for it, bad if your plants cant handle it.
Hard to say but that last pic you posted looks like they are loving the light so i wouldn't remove any imo

So am I over doing it because that works out at 85 watts per sqf???

What model panels are those again? Didn't you say you have x5 1kw hps packed away? You have got to know what bleaching/stress looks like with an inventory like that lol.

Your plants are lush and green with good flower development which tells me the light and nutrient levels are pretty good in that box as long as they stay healthy like that.

I think you are over thinking it, you will always get your answer from watching how your pheno/strain reacts to its environment. You can have 10 plants in the same box and only 2 of them might hate all that light while the others might ask for more.. it just depends on how they respond. Health and metabolism also plays a part to how much they can take

I've been gathering experience along the way and found myself not as dialed into growing as I thought!
I have grown a few crops now ' watched and read loads of stuff about growing' the nutes the soil the light, I never looked at one massive factor.....size of pots???
I have been using 11litre and only yeilding 3/5 Oz per plant' I'm defo going to use a bigger pot to do my sour d scrogg next 20litre barrel pot I got from a local garden store. Planing on vegING the sour d for a few months with training to go in my 60x60x140grow tent with 350 draw led I already using with the bb cheese.

Question: will my buds get a lot bigger than thay are at week 5?? I have noticed some swell but not sure if it will continue right up untill week9 ??
