Is this lack of Mg and Ga?

The lightening of the margins is typical of magnesium deficiency. The plants also appear to be nitrogen deficient as well.

If you have an aquarium, clean the filter out into a bucket of water, then feed that to the plants, they normally respond within hours to correction of nitrogen.
A agree there could be a slight problem with magnesium. The centre of chlorophyll is a magnesium atom surrounded by four nitrogen ones... So, both are pretty critical.

Soil PH is a bit of a problem
May be above 7
So I suspect that the soil PH lock leads to the present results
How can i improve

Have you checked the PH of your runoff?

Yes，The runoff was before 7 or more
It is now around 6.8
I gave them water and some Mg before 4 days ago
and 25% nutritious

That should be ok, assuming the input water is near the same PH.
