Is this iron defficiency? Leaves light green inside out

Hey guys as in the picture the plant looks really healthy from afar but in my new growth i see that the leaves inwards are light green and as it goes outwards towards to the tip of leaves its darker...is this iron defficiency ? or is it how normally new leaves grow out as ..i am confused ..thanks ...
Ps:- 3gal 80/20 coco perlite with a veg and micro nutrient ratio 2:1 at400ppm with 100ppm of calcium nitrate and 100ppm of magnesium sulphate ...ph in feed 5.7~ ph out 6.4~ ...6-7hours approx direct sunlight

hey thanks for the reply..yes it looks pretty normal but i am guessing its in the early stages of iron deficiency or maybe its just how leaves naturally grow ?....as in nature do leaves darken from the tip to the inside of the leaves or is it from inside out ..as far as i have seen is that the leaves get darker inside out ..but this time the inside is a wee bit lighter than as it progresses towards the tip of leaves it gets darker ...maybe i m just being over paranoid about deficiency

I think it's just how cannabis plants grow.
Plenty of mine have new growth much lighter that the full grown leaves.
Affects different strains in different ways, Red Diesel the lightening is extreme, Lemon Kush doesn't happen at all, Critical Orange Punch somewhere between the two.

hey thanks a lot for the info i guess its the genetics of the plant because previously i hav never seen a plant grow leaves in this manner kinda making me trick into believing its iron defficieny and i would have worsend my plant despite being healthy ...peace
