I personally water enough until just a small amount comes out of the bottom of the pot. Google TDS and cannabis t get a general understanding of what is and why you need to check it.

I check what is going in and run off. If you get a crazy high number you know plain water or flush in worst case scenario

I’m also new so I can help with some basics but everyone else will chime in and help.

Learn the weight of the bag, pick on good watering then wait. Till it gets lighter, time is your choice. Time will tell.

If you're growing in organic soil why not use organic nutes. Instead of General Hydroponics, why not General Organics instead? Just curious, but it seems like it kinda defeats the purpose.

Overall water less, use a spray bottle for the soil only not the plant. Hope that helps.

Water until it’s full and water starts to run out. Then leave it until it’s dry. Stick your finger down to your first knuckle if it’s damp it’s too wet to water. Pick it up if it’s air light it’s ready if it’s still kinda heavy. Leave it alone.

somedays doing nothing is the best thing you can do to the plant. Buy a TDS meter when u can it wil make it easier to know when to feed.
