Ignore the part that says it is equivalent to 60w, just go on the real wattage (13 watt). That being said, there are a few things to know. You have more than enough light for veg, but since they are small watt keep them very close to the plants, and make sure that the color temperature is 6500K. When you get to flower, you will need to add in a bunch of 2700K CFLs, because they will need more light and in a different spectrum, and I would suggest adding them AND keeping the 6500Ks since they will provide some UV light that will be helpful (and the 2700K specturm has almost no UV). But you definitely can flower plants with CFL's, I ran CFL last year and was happy with the results considering it was my first time. This was my plant under CFL towards the end of flower, so you know it CAN be done (Although I had around 300 real watts of CFL going)

P.S. With CFL, the larger the bulb the further the light reaches before the intensity gets too low to work, so 13W cfl will need to be VERY close, within an inch or two, whereas if you use say, a 150w CFL you can and should give it a little more room, maybe 4-6 inches.

Look on the ceramic base of the bulb. You want for veg 6500k. I use CFL for my mother/veg/clone tent and they work perfectly fine.

Although I wouldn't flower with them, a couple small plants with enough CFLs will produce, just not as much as HID or LED. For flower, you want 2700k.

I found pretty good success with Amazon, was much easier to find the correct spectrum, but if you find a good sale at a brick and mortar store sometimes you can get great deals. Particularly, Apollo Horticulture has some good high wattage bulbs, and even some in dual spectrum, which is 2100K and can (apparently) be used in both veg and flower, if I were going to do another CFL run I would go with that.
