Is this botrytis (budrot) ??

Doesn’t look like bud rot, there aren’t any buds for that to attack. Looks like you topped recently and the cut site is starting to scab over. Keep an eye on the area below the cut, if it hardens over should be ok but if the brown/dead looking stem spreads downward, that is not good. Others will weigh in the the leaf spots, but that also does not look like bud rot.

Edit:
Plant doesn’t look as happy as it could. You have some clawing of new growth and the bigger fans should be green and healthy, not speckled and discolored. Post more details on feeding, medium, lighting, age, etc and you’ll get better feedback. People will help but need more info assist in getting that plant back to healthy looking. Try to have a thick skin, we all mean well but bedside manner sometimes sucks here

I bought the same system. 2 XL autopots. I personally am going to start my plants in solo cups with 70% Coco 30% perlite for a few weeks. Then transfer up to autopots. Idk about any of that stuff you gave it, but I'm just gonna give Dyna foliage pro at appropriate ppms lol

Runoff pH is not useless but pH going in is the primary concern. If you really do have 7.8 runoff pH on a regular basis, I'd increase acidifying nutes. I also wonder about "bottled spring water". Rainwater or distilled water is best, RO is next best. Spring water may be okay, or it may have some highish-levels of minerals which give it distinctive flavors.

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with your nutes. Keep in mind bloom boosters are for use during bloom. Make sure you're using "grow" nutes.

I also agree the pots are too large, you have to be extraordinarily careful with your watering in that case. With seedlings and small plants, a small pot allows it to dry out in a reasonable period of time.

I did not know the Boom Boom Foliar spray is for the flower stage. But I will definitely stop spraying that for now..

Bigger post means bigger plants not? In Coco Perlite 50/50 they dry out really fast! I think you can easy give them water every day. And it’s impossible to overwater them. Lucky with autopots the watering is automatic.
It’s already 4 days since I was with my plants and they are getting only PH water.

Still , I’m stopping with the boom boom spray, organic nuts and Cal/Mag!

My next hand feed will be PH water with Bactrex.

Bactrex is a dry, water-soluble powder containing a large number of soil & root beneficial microbes (including 6 strains of Bacillus spp.),

These specialised root bacteria are “contained” in soluble Yucca extract with organic catalysts, to guarantee a rapid colonisation and growth of the root zone.

A select group of bacteria have specialised in obtaining energy from the fine intake of plant roots (dead root cells, residual organic materials, etc.).

Rhizobacteria (root bacteria) form symbiotic relationships with many plants, increasing the solubility of P, K and Ca minerals. They also bind with atmospheric nitrogen thereby increasing the availability of fertilisers present, to the roots.

They also work as so-called mycorrhiza helpers. They prepare the way for mycorrhizae to develop in the root system.

In addition to the beneficial soil bacteria, Bactrex also contains various effective strains of Trichoderma.

Trichoderma's are a species of fungi that are harmful to certain other fungi, including fungi that cause diseases among some plants.

Jesus your really over complicating shit here.

Why are you including all that stuff in veg?

Just use base nutrient and ph to 6. Put your ec to 1.4 and flush the medium. With that... then leave for a few days.

Stop using bottled water... why would you do that?

Stop adding tea.

Calmag should be 1/4 strength....

Your burning your plants and because your adding so much shit it's impossible to tell why and what's happening.

Pk booster should b used in week 5 of flower.... so no pk booster until you have substantial buds.

Jeez... did you copy this off the bottle?

You don't need any of this shit if you can't get your base nutrient correct.

All you need to grow is base nutrient and correct ph..... all that other shit is beneficial but only if you are getting the base right.... which you clearly aren't.

Its a shame your in autopots and you seem to be trying organic and you don't seem to understand Coco.

Coco has no nutrients in it to break down adding these things are more impactful in living soil. Coco is a lot easier and better for chemically grown plants. If you want to add all these beneficials then just use soil.

For the moment if I were you and you want to make a recovery on these plants.... ph to 5.9 water from the top til you get run off with a base nutrient solution of ec1.5. If your base is not for coco then add a little calmag at quarter strength you might not need it if you have ok tap water. Definitely do not use bottled mineral water.

Stop spraying stop anything else

@oill Great, thanks for the advice ! Botte water is now the only option cause the tab water has chlorine in it.
Nothing wrong with chlorine in your water,do you know the ppm of your water? And what its made up of?

As said already above, lift these pots out of the trays, elevate them so runoff water cant get sucked back up.Mix up some food with calmag and pour it through.

Your plan/food so far is not good.
