Is there any saving them?

Well I'm back with an update to the thread. These two are the survivors of four started. I have not added any nutrients, watering every 3 days, lights on 20/4 and still they look bad. These plants were started on 1 Nov and from what I've been reading they're nowhere near where they're supposed to be. Should I throw in the towel and start over or try to keep them alive with more light possibly MH or HPS?
