I think there's a difference between being arrested and doing time. You don't get strip searched just for being arrested. If you are sentenced to do time then there is prolly an initial strip search. If your just spending a night in there for something stupid then you prolly wont.

Has to be....I was arrested while riding with my friend who got pulled over with an eigth...I put it in my shorts and they never found it :peace:
