Is she dead?

Hey y’all, first time grower here. I woke up to find my Afghan Kush Auto super droopy when the lights came back on this morning. I’ve done some research but I can’t place my finger on what the problem could be (I’ve seen many answers ranging from under watering to root issues) She just entered the flowering stage not too long ago so I was pretty excited. But now I’m lost and don’t know if she can be saved or if Shes done.

medium: soil (fox farms)
1 gal pot with drainage
Temp : 76
No nutes rn b/c I was flushing from an N tox
Light : 300 watt LED
PH: normally 6.4-6.6 range

Sorry for the blurple in the last pic (I kno y’all hate that shit), I just wanted to include how lifeless the stems look.

I was watering around every 3 days. I do the finger in soil test for watering / determining when dry.

Finger testing is a bad way to test. Pot weight is more reliable. When you flushed, how much water did you run through the pots? When did you water after you flushed? It’s looks extremely over watered.

I flushed last Saturday. Didn’t measure how much more water I added since I thought I wouldn’t over water, because of the timeframe between watering. (This probs fucked it up) I didn’t water again till Tuesday, so I was going to water again today or 2mrw depending on how the soil felt. But yea, I think next run, I’ll learn to judge by the weight of the pot.

Finger test for wetness is ok on the ladies but not the plants. I know my soil mix in 5 gal pots weigh 12 lbs. dry and 20 lbs saturated,
When my pot gets to 18 lbs I start my seedlings and don't add water until it gets down to 13 lbs., when I bring it back up to 18 lbs.
This is my way of not watering TOO OFTEN, which is where the pest, mold, mildew and nutrient deficiencies rear their ugly heads because the roots are drowning and can't function. I use bathroom scale until I get the feel for the weight, especially when young. Good luck.

best to start over and not use an Automatik anymore, and start with tiny pots instead, that is going to prevent overfeeding in sharp soil + create better roots
