Purple Afghan purple stems

I’ve been growing outdoor for a while but I have made a switch to indoors recently and am unsure if I’m running into issues.
My grow is in my closet which is 2.5 feet deep by 4 feet wide by 7 feet high. 3 clones all the same phenotype of Purple Afghan Kush by Dina Fem.
The clones are roughly 1 month old not including propagation time. They are under 2 foot four tube T5. The closet has positive pressure with my intake fan 185 cfm pulling from the bottom of the closet door from the room the closet is in. I usually keep my window in the room cracked to keep cool fresh air coming in. Today is the first day I checked my ambient room temps and placing a hygrometer right by my intake I had 64 degrees Fahrenheit for an intake reading. My humidity is a bit all over the place but for the most part I’m between 50 and 70 percent with my canopy temps going from 70 degrees at there lowest and 81 as there high. The clones are in 1 gallon or slightly smaller containers in roots organic original with great white. Since transplanting I’ve given them super thrive and pro tech with every watering at half strength.
yesterday I top dressed each container with 1 cup ewc/ 1/2 tsp insect frass / 1/2 tsp Alf Alfa meal / 1/2 tsp kelp meal /additional great white and 1/4 cup roots original mixed together and watered in pro tech and super thrive half strength.
I have not done a ph run off check yet
But my solution in is 6.4-6.6 thus far.

I’m not running co2.
I’m running a 24 hour light cycle

my stems have spots that are solid purple toward the bottom while new growth has purple striping.
the clones got off to a terrible start in the rapid rooters and I’m lucky I save the genetic at all. They were completely purple when they came out of the rapid rooters.... but the issue persists.
Growth is overall fairly slow and lacking vigor especially over the last week as I am not seeing praying.
volume of eater per irrigation is roughly 200-300 mls.
Also I’ve been using Poland springs water.
ppm of 50 I was fearful of my tap at 200 ppm.

ive read plenty of different opinions from mag deficiency( may make sense giving my water source and no supplementation) cold temps and swings of more than 15 degrees.( could make sense as it seems my max swing is about 15 degrees in temp and my intake is64 today but I know there’s been days where it’s much cooler say 55 degrees)
Ph (it’s possible although this is where’d I’d run outside in soil 6.4-6.6)
Maybe someone who’s run this strain before indoors can shine some light.
I will note stems are still very pliable and not rigid

Dealt with this before and it drove me nuts. Overwatering, ph being off and cold temps will cause lockout. Do not go crazy with fertilizer. Start by letting it completely dry. The problem is everyone asks for help and then gets it but never updates the post for progress. If you search you will see 100 posts but they are useless becuase they don’t say if it worked. They shouldn’t allow anyone to post again until they update posts where they asked for help.

My bb and brisker og x purple punch ladies are the same way. Have been from day one and I’m going into 3rd week of flower without any issues. I think some strains just look that way. Especially ones that come out purple
