Is it time to harvest ?

Can anybody tell if there ready to chop ?

Some plants have most orange pistols on top but lower on the plant they are still white

This is my 2nd grow boys I thought I'd be risking tainting the taste and burn if I gave nutes I thought I was late in flower lol so more nitrogen if they yellow ? That's mainly what I see
