by the last two pics i say it is not ready. keep a close eye on the trichs as they change quickly at this stage. GL

You want the tips to be cloudy (you will know). If they turn an amber color they are a bit too far. somewhere in between is ideal

Trichomes on sugar leaves mature faster than those on the calyxes.

I know a lot of people go by the crystals but I like to when the hairs are half and half. People tell me that is too early but I like the more uppy buzz.

I just look at the overall plant. I do not start looking until most of the pistils recede.
