Ave you tryed Tai chillis? Over 100,000 scouville. 200 times hotter than jalapeños. I rarely eat them. I'm not quite at that level yet lol

Yeah, too hot. A very nifty one you should look for in your quest is "Manzano" or Rocoto. A very hot red one looks like a little apple w/ black seeds, cut in half fill with cream cheese grill for a bit. Quite tasty
