No, that’s not what it is, that’s what it was some 40-50 years ago. 21st century social democracy does not involve the desire to achieve socialism, no public ownership, and favors a mixed economy, regulated capitalism. Without regulation the people will end up revolting like a bunch of socialists or worse…

I, being a citizen of a free market society, am sold on capitalism; if you want it, go out and work for it.

We're nowhere close to socialism, that's straight republican horseshit. We're so firmly buried in capitalism that it would take a backhoe and some tranquilizer darts to get us out of it. What Canna is suggesting is just a way to make the playing field even for everyone that rich republican men have been fucking over for the past 100+ years. It doesn't even touch on making things right for that 100 years of being fucked over.

I'd say he has our country about completely screwed up, yep. I knew it day 1 when he cut oil that everything would go through the roof. My family is barely making it under his bad policies.

Worst president in my life time for sure.

I hate all politicians but this one is especially stupid.

I find it funny that stoners being the peaceful people they tend to be align themselves with democrats, when Obama dropped so many bombs it was disgusting and I see people refer to him as Obomba. To me Biden represents the regime that most stoners in their mind want gone, but too stoned to see it I guess.

The only way to fix it is vote them all out. If you recognize their name...vote for another person who is unknown....these known politicians are known assholes.

What policies? Oil and gas are private industry, not sure why people are so convinced the president has much impact.

Have you taken a look at the profits those companies made while you complain about the price at the pump? It's capitalism man, that's how it works.
