I went to sleep about 9:30 and woke up at 4:20 exactly to pee, smoked for the pain and slept until 8.

Damn that sucks. I used to take propranolol for b/p but when I left the job I was at my b/p went back to normal.
Pain causes your b/p to rise as well. Be careful.
