It's 3:31 and I have to get up and go to work very shortly. I'm gonna try to take a nap.

dude i was up at somewhere between 4-5 this morning till now. for fucking nothing but an over active thought process. i took 2 sleeping pills didnt do shit. the other night 2 flexiril knocked out till about the same time. i can smoke a little and it still wont help.blows dude really blows. o and this fucken rat keeps bugging the shit out of me i took his nuts but the basterd still keeps trying to find more, put some poison packs down. still hear him.

sleeping pills dotn do shit for me either....if i do sleep im stuck in it..so if i have nitemares im trapped LOL

On tuesday,I finally slept more than 2 hours again. This time I ate 2 seroquel, 300mg each,and 150mg trazodone...smoked a couple joints and watched 'Bad Bosses'...I was a mess all day yesterday!, that seroquel stays with you if you don't take it regularly...
good movie, the ending was kind of blurry...I'll have to watch it again.

Yeah I realized (shortly after I made the thread) that this will be helpful for morning risers too, ....

I like this thread too, sometimes I'm up all night...or at least by 4am...so I get to talk to all you tweekers...JK on that,lol....sleep problems are a bitch sometimes.

I don't enjoy being forced into withdrawls when this site suddenly goes offline for hours. O.O

I've been on sleep meds since I was 16. My favorite is Restoril (temazapam) but my body gets adjusted to it very fast so I don't take it unless I'm in a crisis. I didn't go in to work today because I was up again - for the 4th fucking night in a row - almost all night. I'm on a new job so I don't want to fuck up. The only herb I have is super lemon haze and it's not working to help me sleep anymore, in fact I'm laying off for a couple of weeks; 1 day in a row so far.

I told my son to get me some next time he runs across some. I just started my mother plants for next year so this shit doesn't catch me again. Last year I grew 8 or 9 different strains but the only one that was really superior was the SLH. My son smoked up all the rest, and I gave some to my daughter and son-in-law too. Sleep deprivation really sucks. I can tell you everything to do and not do to help you sleep but even doing and not doing those things I have a very hard time. I dread bedtime - and that's probably part of the problem too but I deal with it the best I can.
