I have a 24"×30" area that I am going to use to grow. It is framed with plywood walls. I am wondering what else I need to do on the inside to get it ready to grow?
Insight on how to set up a 24 x 30 area for growing

Clean and disinfect the space thoroughly.
Clean outside the space where things may get tracked in or bugs hiding that will be enticed by plants later. Clean Clean Clean.
Seal it up from bugs, light leaks, air leaks etc.
Make the walls reflective, add some reflective materials on the walls. There's a a few different things you can use depends on budget mostly, and if plants will be up on tables or something, consider that you dont really need to use reflective material from the table height down below the plants, although you could.
Just a few things off the top of my head.

Look. It also depends on what lighting and how many lights.
Than comes extraction and intake to keep the room fresh and stable temp.
As already stated seal it reflect wall or paint white.
Will you be running dwc. In pots what medium. How many plants for size of room. Sea of green would work great. Just a ramble of what quickly popped in my head.

Just realized, is this the only room, is there seperate veg/propagation area, will you have to split this room?
Me personally, if I had that space just as flower room, I would build a bunch of 5'x'10 soil beds with 2ft runners to walk between each setting it up lengthwise so will look like 3 5'x'20 soil beds with long walkways between each with open non ducted vertizontal reflectors over each 5x5 section and air condition the whole space through hepa filter and bring in a shit ton of soil and ammend it with some magic build a monster vortex tea brewer over in the corner and feed compost teas the whole crop and reuse the soil forever ammending slightly not disturbing the soil fungal networks that may have grown 10 feet across pull finished plants out, sprinkle the ammendments on top and in the old grow holes scratch it all in not digging disturbing and grow again, and repeat.
