I already checked and yes they do get it from the breeder. So I know they are legit in that aspect. But to take my money and send me a unsealed pack is right. Then turn around and not accept the same pack you sent me is just f'd up. Then laugh and hang up on me saying you need to email us with your concerns is what pisses me off. They have legit seeds they just don't care if you get a crushed, unsealed, or an empty pack. They will just say sorry not our problem we sent it to you and you received it don't matter what condition it's in. And peace, your problem now.

Just a warning they do not have customer satisfaction. If you get a bad pack to bad. There's other companies that stand by there clients unfortunately insane does not. Sorry for babbling but this just happened in the past hour and I'm still sour about this shizz. Hope I helped somebody. Anyway stay blessed all.

Ordered 3 packs from Insane Seeds in PR. Only received 2. Contacted them immediately, and they wanted pictures and an email. They have lost a customer. Just FYI, this Seed Bank is sheisty.

Update : just got word they are sending out the missing pack. Will update once it arrived

I know this post is older but was looking for some information about this seed bank just to make sure all is legit with them, and they seem 100% legit. So my question is, what the hell are “slaps”? Lol I’m assuming stickers??

They’re legit. I’m in Canada and my order arrived within the week. Slaps are probably freebies

A slap is something you receive for misbehaving…lol

Slaps is stickers! Also can be something for misbehaving! Lol

They are legit I've bought from them, customer service can use some work but they have legit packs.!
