This expert witness is very weak...the legal team seem to be doing a damn good job so far.

so if a friend & I go out & steal a few bags of chips or run out on a bar tab, that's organized crime according to his definition...i guess I have been involved in organized crime for almost my whole life. WOW! i did not know that.
