Get some more light and lose the dome. I will say one thing, you're doing better than many. You got your seeds to sprout and all you have is a light bulb. I see many growers that have dumped hundreds on a fancy light and are into their grow for over $1000 and can't even get a seed to sprout and grow. You look like your on your way. You just need some better lighting.

Good luck.

how many watts does the light have to be?
I grew with cfl when I started out - you can definitely get some bud out of it. As other posters mentioned, pick up a few more bulbs and add em to the one ur using. Buy the ‘cool’ ones which are better suited to veg. I used a cheap vanity fixture so I could put a y-splitter in each socket and get like 8 cfl bulbs out of it.

You can also move the cfls to within an inch of the tops of the plants, they will be just fine and you won’t deal with bad stretch - the temps of those bulbs are very low, so the trick with cfl is to get them as close as possible without touching.
