you're still not safe because concentrates are completely illegal at this pointI vape concentrates to make it effective for my pain, so my quantities are a fraction of what you flower smokers get. I got around the possession amount that way as a side benefit. I also have yet to find a "2lb per light" variety so not much luck with the clones.
I have 2kw and all twelve blooming(buying clones atm). I definitely wasn't trolling. I came from Colorado where docs often write for a larger plant number.
LEO will consider every cutting/clone a plant, rooted or not. There is nothing in the law that says it needs roots to be a plant. Was there every any "clarification" on what defines a plant? I know I've seen individual case/cases where they didn't count clones, but has there been an amendment to the law. I don't come near my count so(and I'm being lazy and I'm not trying to recklessly spread rumor) but I want to say I've heard something about it doesn't count if; 1: no roots 2: smaller than 12" tall and or 12" wide? That could certainly help some with their counts. Go vert and grow trees for now
Truth... A bill is in the works to change this, but at this time it has not yet changed the law.you're still not safe because concentrates are completely illegal at this point
Ummmm, this!I think 12 plants per patient is reasonable in the aspect of 12 should be able to supply one patient with all the meds they need. The part about the plant count that I hate is that I have 9 mother plants, 7 of which are clone only strains that I don't want to give up. In order for me to maintain my legal plant count and yet still flower enough to keep me supplied I have to keep some mother plants in other caregivers gardens, which I hate doing...
If they made a simple alteration to the law and allowed something like 16 plants total but no more than 12 plants in flowering at one time, it would make things so much easier for maintaining mothers and cloning purposes.
The whole 2.5 zips shit is just retarded, I'm not even going to get into it...
In case nobody else mentions it-that's a common paraphrase/misquote of the man. I prefer "One has not only a legal but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws." -MLK Same shit different day tho and point taken.
