Increase trich production

Buy it by the gallon. Cheaper than the small bottle. 20ml/gal

How are they looking?
I think the molasses I gave mine there other day has boosted trich production on Speedy and Durga, seeing more trichs then I did prior to the molasses tea.

There is nothing more important than 1) growing a healthy plant from day 1 to the last day, 2) providing enough proper light for superior growth, and 3) letting it flowering for a long (LONG) time. If you provide everything the plant needs, it will be as good as the genetics allow.

Well right now it looks pretty inconclusive. I have noticed a little more trichs growing a little faster but it seems too soon to tell. I will post within the next few days tho

Molasses feeds the microbes in the soil, which in turn help the roots uptake minerals, which in turn makes the plant grow nice and big, which in turn results in big flowers. Molasses won't do squat for trich production, or for flavoring.

I'd rather have a bigger yield than more trichs. Completely fine with me.

K but the POINT of this thread is increasing trich production, NOT increasing yeilda. 3 posts of mine hit it on the head.

So many rumors about molasses it's best to stick to the basics, i like flavor which is my point in the molasses. egg shells and epsom salt seems fine with a mix of pure cane sugar.

You can't flavor your weed, or people would be pouring Faygo pop in their pots or reservoirs for hydro. It's a myth. Flavors in buds are due to the terpiniods the strain produces, nothing more,
. Start adding alot of sugara, and your asking for bug problems.

i will continue to use molasses because i love how it stirs up the microbes, along with mycorrhizae it helps colonize the roots, also its a cheap form of calcium and magnesium as well, and I've never once had issues with it. I can do without all the flavor lol

Not really. Molasses feeds the living things in the soil mostly.......Hang on and read on, I'll have good answers on what will in a bit.

You are actually SOOO CLOSE to a REAL trich and terp enhancer....

First off I'll say that Potassium sulfate and Magnesium sulfate, in proper ratios do work!

Next I'll say that Terpinator is Potassium Sulfate

I like Mg Sulfate better! It's more neutral - my choice as it effects the "fruity" smelling and tasting strains less in so much as it does not change the "fruityness" to a citrus smell and taste as K (potassium) Sulfate does!

Botanicare makes a product called "Sweet Raw" that costs WAY to much at $65 a gallon! that works GREAT at increasing trichs and the terps of the plant more in it's natural flavors...

I looked long and hard at the label for it and figured out how to make my own.....A cpl of adjustments to the formula and I have something that works GREAT! for about a buck a gallon! That's right $1, a dollar!

You will need:
1 bag of Epsom salts
1 box of DARK brown sugar
1 gallon of RO water.
1 gallon opaque bottle....(not clear and brown is best)

Bring 4 cups of the water to a FULL boil.
Add 8 TBL of the Epsom and 1 1/2 tsp of the Dark Brown Sugar.
Boil for a few minutes stirring constantly to ensure the dissolve is complete.
Pour the 4 cups of boiling solution into the remaining water already in the opaque bottle and shake to mix completely.

Congratulations! You have just made a Gallon of Botanicare Sweet Raw $ 65.00 average retail for the massive sum of about 1 dollar! Most likely less !!

Use with feedings at;
5ml per Gallon 2 weeks Before the flip
10ml per at the flip
15ml per at 2 weeks
20ml per starting at 4-5 weeks till harvest

This works and it's used by several folks here with great success.

I've been contemplating adding a little extra sugar when I use molasses.

Curious why you chose brown sugar

im really not so big on bottled nutes, ive done just fine with bat guano and dr earth, i love organics because its cheaper, still effective as well, best of all, its optional to flush. I do use nirvana bloom booster, it worked great for my buds that lacked in size at the time, by me doing so my trichomes have seriously increased. Ive done great i can say, with only 3 weeks left to chop her down to dry and cure. What really puzzles me is how my blue mystic is supposed to smell like berries, but yet leave me a putrid scent of pine with a pale hint of orange lol
