For the record, I have no idea what nappy hair is....at all.
More importantly, who exactly, is surprised that Imus did exactly what he is paid to do......SHOCK people with his statements.
I think more to the point is do you really think Imus, a great human being, and a well known humanitarian is a bigot?
Okay, your probably shaking your head, getting ready to rip into me for calling Imus, of all people a great humanitarian, but do you know that Imus's passion in life is simply to help sick children....of all colors!
Did the Rev Al Sharpton, simply miss this, or did he not care because this drama would buy him free air time?
Do your homework and learn about the individual before you go off half cocked condemming him. His personality on the radio, is just a job, it is not who he is.
Mr Imus has dedicated a large portion of his life, and his earnings to running the Imus ranch for sick children, he provides this service at NO cost to the kids or there families!!!

By the way, over half of the children who go there, are minorities, and when the children do in fact die.....Imus and his wife don't just go to the white kids funerals.
