Atm I am using 1 GE balanced spectrum bulb and 1 GE Advanced red spectrum flowering bulb and 1 BR30 LED bulb. Had a flood light bulb (it's all I had) but was getting tips singing burn. Even from a further away I could feel too much heat from it.

Agree. unless the strain is vampire cookies it needs more light and less garlic.

Took a light down cause I was getting some light burn on the tips. Maybe I could 'fix' it higher as to prevent that issue?

My suggestion would be to invest in a grow light, those bulbs will not be enough to flower out that plant well at all.

This is my first grow. Are you saying that it will not bare anything?

It will, but without additional light it won't be getting any better, it will flower out but the buds will be small and likely airy.
