Im wide awake and cant fall asleep at all and theres nothing to do

this blows i cant sleep and ill be up all night and i live in the shittiest town with nothing exciting that goes on and it sucks...

I'd look up some meditation techniques for emptying the mind and maybe good breathing... empty mind shuts off in no time... otherwise, time to write your grandma a letter...
