I'm looking for colorful buds, what's stains you suggest.

Hello guys, I'm looking for colorful indoor strains, with high yield and high THC.
Colorful Marijuana like Purple, Black, Red buds,

I was thinking about "granddaddy purple" but i read this strain needs more cooler place to transfer to purple.

What is your suggestions and advices.

Every strain that turns purple will do it easier when the temps are cold towards the end of flower. Some will still do it in warmer temps but all of them get more purple in colder temps than warmer ones.

The Peanut Butter Breath I have turns pretty purple before I lower the temps at the end though.

tropicanna cookies was the most colorful strain I've grown. Purple comes in on 1st week of flower and I live at sea level in Hawaii where it never gets that cold.

I have a Tropicana cookies cut also. Purple almost pink without lowering temps. Crazy tropical fruity taste. Not my cup of tea but there are many who really like it.

But it's will turn purple in whatever temp, but in a cooler environment that increases the color.

I grow outdoor, its usually like 70-85f here. Some trop phenos will be purple in any temperature, like this one. This one was not a keeper though.

Can I ask why the need for colorful buds beyond bag appeal?

My purple plant no matter the temps are Keylime Poison & an Afghani. Wasn’t looking for purple when I bought them.

My Purple Afghani. It is very close in looks & terp profile with Mz Jillz Purple Afghani Kush s1. Don’t have a good pic of the Keylime Poison right now.

I say worry about potency & yields first rather than color 1st. Then again I smoke for myself & don’t have to wow others with bag appeal.
