Fred dies 4 years ago. They called him Nightmare.Found dead in cell is all I could find out. Went to see him a few times before he went to Folsom but never made to Folsom. He was pulling time foe murder no1 an major drug distribution

yes he was.At one time he was on death row, but got his sentence reduced some how.I called his X wife a few minutes ago an she said natural causes. I didnt know that until I ask her. Thank JJ

Yes, the overcrowing in prisons won't allow for single cell living. Believe it or not, there are a lot of rapist in prison.
In the morning the cell mate would be down at the assignment sgt desk, looking like a drowned rat, requesting a cell change. If he's lucky, there will be another cell open. If not, well?
Nobody "snitches" in prison, for anything. No future in it!
As for Bubbles, new buses roll in every day!

This is why many inmates join gangs, for protection. Then no one will bother you, as long as you do as the gang tells you. If you really are a "sissy" they may sell you anyway, but at least it ain't rape!

You can stand on your own inside, but it ain't easy.
My suggestion is to stay out of prison at all costs!

A lot of 'real' tough guy's are locked up in there. Many of these are Pedigreed killers! You wouldn't even be their first!
Most guy's just got the fuck out of Bubbles cell & kept quite.

I seen a few guy's that could run their own car, but most of them had something special going for them. Like a rich family, to pay protection money. Or they could serously carry themselves. 1 Navy seal instructor comes to mind.

When Rick James was in Folsom prison, I heard his family paid another inmate $1000 a month to cell with him & be his bodyguard.

It's bad, but it's not that bad. Yeah people get raped, but in all honesty you have to admit that it's fairly rare for a person of decent size who does his own time and doesn't get involved in cliques to get punked if he is the type to fight to the death. There are too many pussies and sissies either giving it away or rolling over easy.

I'm not saying it never happens, but if you mind your own and don't take any shit whatsoever, the odds of anything unrequested in your ass are slim. Trust that from someone on the other side of the bars. Not that I don't respect your experienced opinion JJ, because I do.

On the other hand, sometimes (JJ could back this up I'm sure) you're just fucked no matter what, but it's rare. Like gay guards who will look the other way while you're gang raped as long as they get the first sniff. In that situation, unless you have cyanide in your mouth you're getting fucked alive like it or not.

That's messed up . I was in a supermax once . There was no 2 prisoners allowed near each other unless all the guards were present , at mealtime was the only time this happened . 10 inmates - 10 guards same room . Other prisons are obviously different , and that was a long time ago . 800 pushups a day is what I would do in there .

Right on DoubleJJ. Truthfully, shanks worried me a lot more than rape. So nasty and more likely to happen to a guy like me. I saw a couple rather elephant sized guys get hold of a young cocky dopeman (big too but they were waaaaaay big) who apparently snitched on the street for less time. They waited until they had a chance without a guard on the pod (all three involved were bubble porters) and got his ass bad, one laying on him holding him down and the other just jamming a shank in his eyeball and then the socket after he popped the eye, over and over and over. That shit fucked my head up waaaaay more than the worry of rape. It took so long for anyone to come, he was beyond help when they finally did. I was pretty afraid just because I saw it and I'm white, I thought there was a decent chance they might want to ventilate my head some, too. Fortunately, no.
