IF MONEYS NOT A PROBLEM are LED lights Better then HID?

For one. Ive read this thread amd no one seems to know how light works. Watts and lumens are irrelevant. Lumens by definition is visible light tobthe human eye. Plants absorbs high blues and reds which we dont see. PAR PHOTOSYNTHETICALY AVAILABLE RADIATION. We see in the yello and green spectrum. hid has 10% usable light. Led has 90% usable light. Hid will light up a room more than it will do anything for a plant. 600 watts of led will blow away 1000 wattts of hid. Ive seen first hand 4 160 watts (640 watts) of led vs 1000 watts of hid. Guess what the led produced bigger and denser and frostier and more colorful buds. Less stretching that hid too. Personally I use t5 with aqaurium bulbs and I get better results under a 432 watt 8 bulb than a 1000 watt hid for same area. The 1000 will cover more area though. Its all about spectrum. You want high blues 60% to 100% at 420nm and 450nm and 60% to 100% reds at 630 nm 660nm and 690nm and ir at 760 nm. Low 20% of green and yellow at 550nm. Hid put yellow and green at 100% ( wasted light) and only 5% to 20% of reds and blues depending on bulb. That is ass backwards of what plants need. Plants use light as food. So if you spend all thes time feeding the right nutes why not give it the right lighting. With led or t5. No money spent on venting lights, thats expensive. And your electric bill will be considerably less. So saving money in the long run and better quality buds. Hmmm.....

All this has been proven by scientists at nasa, university of maryland, washington state, university of alabama, texas a&m, and oxford university, and university of missourii. Ed rosenthal worked with nasa and university of maryland to prove this. He has a video on you tube some where giving a lecture on the whole thing.
