i think i have a problem....

hey I was wandering if I am doing something wrong see I planted a seed two days ago and its sprouted but it seems to just be growing up instead of out i dont know if thats normal but any help will be apriciated.

What kind of lights are you useing? If using flourescents put them within 2 inches of the plant if HID's it depends nut 12-16" is a good general rule. What soil are you using?

It's still young also and it will stretcha little during the first week or so.

just be careful not to fry them lil babies cuz its easy to do..

im useing cfl and idk what kind of dirt but its potting soil

ur question's a bit hazy...i didnt get it...u mean to say the seed is still inside its seed cover and its roots have grown??? pics maybe ??? (better than guessing)

no no sorry about that its out and the leaves are showing it just seems to be growing slow to me and the stem seem to be growing and not the plant but its my first grow so i might be wrong

so wait its been out of the soil for a day now? you are being a little silly about this, give it a week or so to get used to its environment.

think of it as a baby,it has to crawl before it can walk.

it will be ok...it just has codies now but it will get bigger and bigger soon.just dont put any nutes on it yet..but seaweed works great
