I was not talking about making a clone out of it, I was saying putting some clone gel on the brake then taking it helps her heal.

get a pencil and some tape and make a splint if you are really worried

If its a small enough branch you can split a plastic straw and put it around the broken branch. It's works great and it's very easy, don't even have to use tape. When it's healed simply remove the straw.
