There are great lessons to be learned in these cases, especially the facts as they pertain to how a drug task force can seek and execute raids upon your home based on old school drug war precedents/procedures completely devoid of any MMMA and/or 4th Amendment consideration. For example simply the smell of marijuana or garden waste and/or roaches in your garbage as in this case can provide adequate probable cause to a judge. There is actually established state case law justifying these tactics as "lawful" regardless of MMMA and/or the 4th Amendment. That should scare the hell out of every one of you and I recommend looking into that case law personally ...

Sadly repeated posts about imaginary 200 plant for profit warehouse grows and how those operators should be hung high doesn't get us anywhere. Furthermore, the character assassination of the likes of Sanderson (defendants gone public) and later myself (judicial activists) is literally counterproductive. Personally, I believe I can be a better asset to "US" by moving on and doing more productive things with my time.

I recall our visit to the Green Market in Okemos and meeting/dealing with Danny well brother. I actually believe I wrote about it here and on WeedMaps back in Oct 2012. Hard to believe, but I think he's still in "business". Hope all is well with you.
